# How do I Unstake tokens in the Web3 system?

To unstake tokens on Web3, access your staking dashboard [here](https://web3.presearch.com/), select the desired staking option (e.g., search, keywords, or nodes), enter 0 PRE, and then update the Stake. Connect your external wallet, make sure it has enough PRE tokens, and sign the transaction to interact with the smart contract. You'll also need ETH in your wallet to cover transaction fees on the Base Network, and this way, your PRE will be returned to your external wallet.
